Bianca began her professional journey in 2023, shortly after graduating as a Cum Laude from Cavite State University – Imus Campus in the Philippines, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She gained hands-on experience as a Human Resource Specialist, focusing on records management and talent acquisition while contributing to effective HR strategies. Seeking new opportunities and personal growth, she later relocated to Dubai to expand her career horizons.
